Should we get something for the newborn baby when we meet for the first time?

We have already gifted at the time of baby shower. Thanks!

Not necessary. Some people brought things when they first visit the baby, but those who attended my shower did not.

Whatever you do PLEASE don’t bring a stuffed animal or other junk that will clutter up her house even more than it already is. There is so much crap to organize when you get home with the newbie that useless crap like teddy bears are the last thing you want to see.

If you want to bring something helpful, bring food. A frozen dish of anything that she can just pop in the oven would be appreciated I’m sure.
