Lesson Plans For Elementary Teachers
Yield to receive a lesson plan more structured and leveled. The classes are differentiated according to the learning profile of the group. Both primary and secondary level, content area teachers learn to apply cognitive-based methodology in the curriculum.
In a level 3 intervention setting (K-12), Lindamoodbell works with schools to identify students appropriate for small group instruction. Inclusion criteria may vary depending on the staff resources, the overall need of students and the objectives of instruction in schools. In general, factors such as performance data, the IEP needs, Knowledge of English is limited, or limited progress in Levels 1 and 2 of instruction to students qualify for intervention. Small group instruction is scheduled daily for 90 to 120 minutes in duration from one to two semesters. Students are the length of the instruction. Size ranges of the groups two to five students and may include various grade levels within the same group.
Web-based data management
Teachers and administrators receive training and access to Lindamood-Bell web-based data management system. This includes an automated test scoring module that generates individual reports students, data for monitoring progress and attendance tracking.
Leadership Institute
Lindamood-Bell offers one to two days in the service before the start of the partnership. Leaders learn teaching methodology, how to analyze data for determine different instructional needs, and how classroom management and teaching in small groups. The emphasis on principles such as instructional leaders with specific responsibilities in monitoring program quality and fidelity. A shared vision of program goals and the expectation is developed by the school / district leadership and clear communication to all constituents, including teachers and parents.
Lindamood-Bell * Consultant Certification Program
Lindamood-Bell * Consultant Certification Program is a comprehensive and personalized professional development plan for key leaders instruction. Candidates participating in the advanced workshop and professional development activities in order to maintain program quality and fidelity of the whole school. The certification is based on skills, and candidates must renew their certification every year.
Community Outreach
Lindamood-Bell offers presentations of view, tips for the home, and parents events for community awareness and participation in the literacy initiative. Each year, we partner with hundreds of schools and districts to implement this global model. Partners in the past have included public and private schools in urban and rural areas.
